Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs sirloin steak, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon minced parsley
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Place the steak in the pan in a single layer. You might need to cook in batches, depending on your pan’s size. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is golden brown. If needed, repeat with the remaining meat.
Add the butter and garlic to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce.
Sprinkle with minced parsley and serve immediately.
Notes:
If you don’t have sirloin steak, other great options include tenderloin, ribeye, or strip steak.
