Creamy Potato and Hamburger Soup Made in Crockpot

Ingredients:

°Lean beef: 1 1/2 pounds
°White onion: one medium (peeled and cut into cubes)
°Garlic: 1 large clove (chopped)
°Chicken broth: 6 cups
°Russet potatoes: 6 cups (peeled and diced)
°Froze vegetable mix your choice: 2 cups
°Basil: 3 tsp (dried)
°Parsley flakes: 2 teaspoons (dried)
°Milk: 1 1/2 cups
°Corn starch: 2 tablespoons
°Velveta cheese: 8 ounces (cubes)

Instructions:

1) I always start by frying the ground beef mixture until done. Next, putting it in crock pot or slow cooker.
2) Next, you’ll want to add all the veggies and spices (not dairy!) & cook for several h in slow cooker. & please divided mince meat to tender meat & potatoes to soft & velvety quality.
